Shipping & Returns Policy + FAQs

SHIPPING

As all our products are handmade, please allow 7 business days for your purchase to be processed and shipped. If you need something urgently, please send us a message via the Contact Us form prior to purchase.

Canadian Customers: 

All orders will come with a tracking number. Please expect your item to arrive between 5 - 7 business days after the ship date. 

U.S. Customers: 

Orders will NOT come with a tracking number unless requested. If you desire tracking, please send us a message via the Contact Us form prior to purchase. 

International Customers: Please send us a message via the Contact Us form prior to purchase to inquire about international shipping rates. 

* In all cases, Homebody Collective we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. 

LOCAL PICK UP

For customers interested in local pick up, orders can be picked up from our Toronto studio. To activate this option follow these steps: 

A) Choose it as your "shipping method" during check out

B) Write your e-mail in the "notes" section during check out

C) We will be in touch with some appointment time options. C

*Customers must keep to their appointment time once confirmed. Orders that are not picked up during confirmed appointment times will be restocked and no refund submitted. 

RETURNS

As all pieces are made to order, kindly know that there may be slight variations in colour. We will strive to replicate your choice as close as possible but as all our pieces are handmade - each piece is one of a kind. This means that pieces will have unique markings and colour patterns. No refunds will be made based on slight variations from photos. 

For live plants, the selection of plant is made by the maker to suit your piece. Specific plants are subject to availability and season. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged product next to the shipping container. 

DUTIES & TAXES?

Depending on where you are and how much you purchase, your order may be subject to duties and taxes. Please know that this is beyond our control - kindly check your government regulations to learn more. 

SPECIAL PRICING FOR BRIDAL, CORPORATE GIFTS, BULK? 

We are happy to offer special pricing for bulk orders! We LOVE working with folks to help make their special day beautiful and memorable. We understand that special events are expensive and have created a special collection for bulk orders. You can find out more about that collection here.

Beautiful takes time...so please keep this in mind when thinking of making bulk orders. Certain seasons get super busy for us, and while we would love to take everyone's order, we may not be able to if we don't have enough lead time. Please connect with us as soon as possible to ensure your order can be accepted. 

CUSTOM ORDERS? 

Depends on what it is. We love making custom colour combinations and are always happy to chat. Please give us a shout here. Also please note that custom orders take a while to develop depending on the project...so the earlier we connect the better.

WHAT IF MY PLANT DIES? 

Plants help to beautify your decor but they themselves are not decor. Plants are living things and while succulents and cacti require very minimal care, they have their own personalities and needs. 

We will provide general instructions for care at the time of purchase - once the plant baby is in your hands, we trust you to take care of the rest. 

I LOVE MY HOMEBODY PIECE! CAN I SHARE PHOTOS? 

Absolutely! We LOVE to see photos of your pieces and how they live in your spaces. Please tag us on instagram and we might just repost it for all to enjoy :)
